I would contend that the only real blunder NijiEN made was the discord leak, because it killed any chance of friendship between fanbases and really set people against Nijisanji. Up till then it was the Hololive fans that looked immature for shitting on Nijisanji all the time because Nijisanji had been incredibly civil. The discord leak vindicated their hatred.
