1. Give yourself plenty of opportunities to comment on stuff.
2. Pay attention to how much / how fast (or slow) youre chatting. Adjust as needed.
3. Practice.

This was my first stream ever and I made the overlay and stuff right then and there.

The biggest tip I can give you is that you generally want to have your audio around the yellow area in the audio levels of obs, not constantly hitting yellow but occasionally tipping into yellow.
Your mic can often be in yellow if it's good quality, and it can even go into red as long as you have a limiter filter set on it in obs to prevent peaking.

The biggest mistake people make is audio balancing thinking that their turned down headphone volume is a good point of reference but it's not.
You want it to be louder because some people will watch on phones, tvs, speakers, etc.
If it's too loud people can always turn it down, if it's too quiet people can only turn it up so much.
