Back in the day, before Coco joined, she was known as the only Hololive member that had any grasp of English. This gave her a lot of pride and made her a fan favorite for EN viewers, along with making her useful for anyone looking to do English content. Of course, her English was never actually good, but she was the only one so that made her the best by default.

After Coco joined everyone kinda forgot about her or just turned it into a joke that Haachama's English is terrible like with the pepeloni meme. HoloEN even further embarrassed her as she realized she's actually incapable of properly communicating with them besides extremely basic sentences. This has been a large hit to her pride and she's been trying to prove that she isn't irrelevant as an English speaker by doing more English streams to improve her English. "Joining Hololive English" is more meant to be her way of saying she wants to be able to collab with the HoloEN girls comfortably and join their friend group by improving her English.

Alternatively she just likes making Enma's life harder to get back at her for ghosting Coco all these months.
