That was probably my biggest disappointment with MGSV. There were very few good boss fights in a series that had really iconic ones. Quiet was fun but the "most obvious plot twist ever" (man on fire) kind of overstayed his welcome, Eli was a little too gimmicky but I can't really think of a way to improve it either, no Skull Face, no "real" Mantis fight, and Sahelanthropus just didn't carry the gravitas that REX, RAY, or the Peace Walker fights did
