Hololive requires a ton of behind the scenes work and all the corporate bureaucracy that comes with them being a giant company. In Vshojo you're basically just an indie streamer who can do whatever you want but also with a support group when you want them. You also own your own IP which is extremely rare among vtuber orgs.
