While there were plenty of suspicious events with HoloEN in late 2022 it was notable that Vesper got the first public suspension. Cover was already furious with him for refusing to go along with a "health" break so whatever fight happened in the summer must have escalated quickly, both of them got fired, and than management actually spent money to erase them from the group merch/songs.

No one has given a better explanation for why Vesper would leave after getting his 2.0 redesign or why Magni's final membership post was that he always repays a debt.
