Personally, I think the main issue is they don't get into games enough. When I like a game, I'm interesting in looking for someone who streams it. I think that's the case for a lot of viewers. And if they stream it every day and are really into it, I tend to start regularly watching them. But if they only stream it once, I'm not going to bother following them.
Variety is fun because you get to see games you've never seen before, but if you have severe limitations in the kind of games you would enjoy, or from perms, then it's a fairly lackluster format. But you could still be the platformer streamer, or the FPS streamer, or whatever, and people who are into the genre might end up following you.
It's not just Gura, but a lot of the girls seem like they are kind of avoiding streaming until they force themselves to do a single stream of a random old game that they already played a year ago, but they're essentially just beating the tutorial a 2nd time. At that point I'm only watching for their anime tits/cunny.
My suggestion for the girls is to have a hard think about what they can enjoy streaming for a few weeks at a time. I feel like this is pretty obvious streamer stuff, but maybe they haven't really been thinking about it.
