When I was away I came up with a method for determining stream quality, and I want to test it out on someone

Basically I will "spotcheck" a VOD by choosing 5 random points in time (maybe more for longer VODs) and watching for 30 seconds. If you don't capture my attention or entertain me in 30 seconds it's a fail. This is meant to imitate a viewer clicking on your stream – they could tune in at any moment and you want to make sure you have their attention
