I'm sick of all the lecturing the community about parasocialism but you know what, Vox is still among the best out there. At least he tries. He DOES put the effort in. He does do things no other Vtuber is doing. He does embrace the character. I watched the movie, it was pretty good (even though it was more of a voice acted manga- but it still got the point across) and definitely something no other Vtuber has done. So yeah, I would agree Vox is one of the best EN vtubers out there even with all my gripes.

If we're going by average box office movie length minus 2 standard deviations it's ~110+
If we're going by audience expectation of minimum length then the average is probably around 90+.

So I guess this is standard corporate policy of, if we can fit into any of the bare minimum definitions then we'll claim the title and add it to our resume. Which is deceptive since it's representing something that's not accurate to consumers. In this case I don't think there's a term out there for live reading mangas on Youtube that sounds sexy, so it makes sense they'd use this if they have any sort of claim at all.
