Yeah I know of that and other games have done similar mechanics. That might be an avenue worth exploring for them. I do love having anon be knocked flat on his ass by women. What I got planned in a later arc isn't strictly swapping one chuuba's personality with another, but they are going to be flipped to be their opposites in a few ways. I wouldn't want to break up the idea that advent escaped their prison together. That said though, it might be possible that they might be fused together through another's hand. That could be a fun angle to go with, since at the end of the day, as if it's going to be any fucking surprise, Anon's adventure against/with advent will ultimately come down to him getting to know them and seeing that they were wrongfully imprisoned and persecuted. After years of preparation, holox finally enacts on their true goal of world domination and unsealing Laplus's true form, starting with sealing Tokino Sora and going on the attack on the weaker idols. Can you, Koyori's boyfriend, stop them or willl you join your girlfriend and her colleagues take over the world.

Reading through the last thread and all the recent talk of ideas involving Coco has given me this super unholy outline I came up with last night. I don't know if I should smoke less or more.

I think as long as the plot can keep explaining the bits between Smut Scene A and B it'll work even if the plot just remains a paper thin excuse to justify the next smut scene.

I admit I'm always more down for a 'good story/serviceable smut' fic than vice-versa, but again it's always dependant and probably moreso on the author's end than the idea itself as I feel you can tell when a smut fics plot is simple because it's genuinely all that fic needs or because the writer doesn't care. The latter usually giving the fic kind of a trashy feel and I have a very low tolerance for trashiness.

This has some awkward Third person narration/prose. It's like you wrote this with second person in mind but changed course and decided to make it third person by adjusting words rather than rewriting. Combine this with prose that tells rather than shows for emotions and it is a recipe for making the emotional parts land terribly.
This unfortunately translates to the smut just not working for me. Like looking at this with reviewer mode on, the smut does look like it could be good with the way it's directed/happening but the description of it does not get me excited.
I really wanted this to be something to fap to but the fuck up with the smut writing just leaves me disappointed.
Unfortunately I'm not really that good of a critic that I can point out exactly why this isn't working. If I had to take a guess it's because this is a narrative that would have benefitted from the closeness that having it in first person/thread style second person would have brought it but instead is in a distant limited third person that doesn't linger into the emotions of anger, bitterness and lust that would give this the color and depth it needed to work.
Like don't get me wrong this is a pretty hot idea, it's just that you picked the wrong scenario to experiment with third person.

Anyway, the fic feels blunted with how it's written in third person. It's like if "Lies Come to Light" had the anger in it stripped out and all that remained was the dialogue and actions. There's still some inherent eroticism left that gets past the clumsiness of the delivery but it's like you hired a guy to throw a punch and deliberately asked him to fuck it up.
Maybe this is just a matter of taste because apparently some anons still liked it but I just see the skeleton of something better in it.
