If a chuuba had to go without earning for 3-6 months, then 9 times out of 10 that chuuba simply graduated. If you were lucky she might reincarnate after a year or so, but most of the time they'd just disappear from the internet forever.
A lot of black company practices were grudgingly tolerated because at least your oshi would actually be present and working with a somewhat decent support system.
Hololive is like a Holy land for these fans, a place where your oshi does not want for anything and can do 90% of what they want, take breaks, go on vacations etc. and ALWAYS come back to you.
