The first five would be scouted from a pool of pngtubers and regular content creators. Future talents would be hired mainly through open auditions and scouting. Hiring indies is fine but they might require redesigns to fit in with the other girls.
Stealing is a no-go because you can't get loyal talents that way. They can be stolen away just as easily if a bigger fish throws them a bone. It's safer to hire girls who are fans of my corpo and its talents.

It would have the company wide principle that, although people do love are talents, there are bigger reasons for girls only. Talents are encored to think about it themselves while getting some pointers, such as male and female humor not meshing well together, that men like the girls having skinship because it's something they can't do with each other, or they should be looking at the audience and not each other.
Matpat would be given as an example of what kind of person is more better to collab with. He is married, has a kid, has a huge team of people who rely on him, a lot of fans watched him as a kid, he is one of the most recognizable and important youtubers, and he puts high effort into his videos and streams. All these traits lead him to being a more mature person. Not only will our unicorn audience like people like this more, but regular audiences too.
On the other hand, most streamers will talk about how important their connection is with their audience, until they get criticized, then it will be all "parasocial bad."
