(can't find the screenshot anymore, this was from awhile time ago, but he was threatening to make the talents pay for up to one year of his lost royalties as well as the model + asset costs.)

All other circumstances aside, the fact that this owner set up his business model in such a way that he opened himself up to taking a loss like this proves he doesn't know what the fuck he's doing. You have to protect the business first. If he had any kind of sense, he'd have had a clause in their contracts that specifically deals with contract breach or dissolution to determine what happens to the assets. Since there isn't, he can't force them to pay for models they aren't contractually obligated to pay for.

tl;dr This guy is a moron and should have hired a contract lawyer if he didn't want to be left with a bunch of models and no streamers to voice them
