There was going to be a scene where anon would princess carry shion but I just couldn't get the characters to look right no matter what, so I scrapped it. Also next time I wanna do tanlines, I'm getting a lora.
All in all, I don't think I like this model very much, I had to wrangle similar loras way more than with other ones, so my search will have to continue. this was not a model mix, basically the image was 1st gen'd on XL, then the latent was converted to be 1.5 compatible with Latent Interposer, then an img2img step with a 1.5 model
this was using comfy, not sure if the latent interposer is available on a1111
you should be able to get similar results by manually doing the img2img step
My hunch says the img2img alternative in a1111 will work better for this

OFT is mostly about less overfitting and better preservation of base model. And it supposedly trains faster too.

Pivotal tuning is training embeddings and model at the same time. Some anon was talking about it few days ago.
Sounds stupid, but there's examples of it working:

HLL with this method will have about 800 embeddings packed. Not sure if it will work at this scale, but it would be interesting to try.

Tsukareta-san lora release, I've uploaded a grid and a few epochs here pixeldrain /l/Cr6jqaKF (fuck the spam filter)
This lora can look pretty neat considering how unique the artist is, but it's pretty scuffed, honestly I wouldn't say it's a good lora. The dataset needs a ton of work and I didn't like how prodigy worked on the second bake so I'll go back and make another version eventually.

A few notes:
The recommended epoch is 10 it's been the most consistent in my tests.
This artist doesn't like drawing ladies with clothes on so nudes are gonna look better than SFW pics
Due to the nature of the source material (all the pics are photos of lineart) all these tags are relevant to this lora: "monochrome, traditional media, lineart, white background, sketch" but the autotagger shat itself so they might not respond how you expect them to
The source material had a ton of motion lines, speech bubbles, and floating text so beware of the random squiggles
Since all the source material is monochrome consider putting muted color and pale color in the negatives to combat the loss of saturation

Same dataset, same repeats, same epochs, same seed, same training model, same settings except for optimizer as AdamW8 doesn't work for me so I used AdamW instead.
The civitai output was just better and I can't understand why.
