They are not something you would ever want to stream no matter how much you love them or how short and easy accessibly they might be.

They did not. Those concerts are largely pre-recorded nowadays.
Ever since the COVID era it's gotten very rare for concerts to be fully live, you can count the Holos that absolutely insist on doing their birthday/anniversary/etc concerts live on your fingers - it's pretty much just AZKi, Sora, and Watame. So out of the newer Holos almost none of them have any real experience performing live. A performance here and there, sure, but not standing on stage for over an hour straight entertaining a crowd on your own.

It's tough.
Take Suisei for example, pretty safe to say she's the most successful musician in Hololive, but she is really mediocre live. Has very little stamina and poor pacing making her blow through her reserves really quickly leaving her running on fumes, has not much stage presence at all, doesn't really know how to work a crowd, and her voice is inconsistent as hell and changes drastically day to day.
In the studio she's absolutely amazing, but the stage is something else entirely.
