Ina, Mumei, and Kronii are all in the most likely tier and about on the same level as each other. After them, Fauna is prone to doing it in short bursts too, but wouldn't do it long term because she actually likes streaming. Mori loves the clout too much, but may go no-communication if she has another lean queen type of yab, decides to disappear, and just never comes back full force. IRyS goes into bouts of nostreamz but always keeps her fans up to date, so she's pretty unlikely. Bae is zoomerbrained and social media is hardcoded into her DNA at this point. Finally, Kiara is literally more parasocial toward her fans than her fans are to her, and you'd likely have to kill her to get her to go no-communication.

Ina might take breaks, but she never ghosts, they are always thoroughly communicated. Ina always tells you when the break starts, the reason for the break and what is the return date. Sometimes even MONTHS in advance for just 2 weeks of break. The break she just started today - she was already talking about it in July. This the reason why she never gets drama in comment on the last vod before break - Takodachis are always staying informed.
Ina might not stream super often (still decently) but barring the workaholics like Mori she's the least likely to adopt the non-communication meta; she'd sooner just graduate altogether due to her health.
