The damage is just a small part of the nerf. The major nerf is the impact nerf. It went from 840 -> 620. Prepatch double zimmers out of assault boost did 1680 + assault boost modifier impact, which pretty much instant staggers every non quad/tank AC.

Post patch it only does 1240 impact + assault boost modifier, and stability has increased across the board. This means that you need to him a target multiple times at close range with the zimmerman instead of just once time to stagger, so they're more in balance with the other buffed stagger weapons now.

I'd say there were some weaker ones especially early on like the Nerissa Goose Game or the latter half of the Shiori collab. But this was definitely on the lower side. With Biboo's internet issues, the games matchmaking issues, and Mori going for the meta build it definitely isn't something I'd recommend.
