I just woke up not that long ago and looked at the posts in the last thread after I went to sleep so even if it's hours late I should clarify.

The rant against idol culture isn't why Mousey deleted that VOD. It was a combination of DMCA and (possibly, she said she might leave it intact but she's not sure) how emotional she got over medical stuff at the very end of it. I doubt the specific clip being pointed out even entered the equation.

It's been quiet so far, but with D&D tonight and Zen/Froot/Haruka drinking stream on Sunday it'll pick up.

I've found that other members of VShojo are similarly unfiltured and expressive and I enjoy them too.

One thing you quickly learn when you start following smaller indie chuubas is that the scene is chock full of sad truths. Not all of them can be popular. Not all of them can be showcased. As a viewer, you can't even watch all of them. There are so many extremely talented vtubers out there by now, and very few get the recognition they deserve. Mouse is doing a great thing with her deep dives to help show some of the talents to her sizeable base, but she can also only do so much. Thankfully most vtubers know and understand this.

I do like watching all these vtubers present themselves and show support for each other, though. Everyone has such nice things to say.
