The only argument you can make is that EN has to fly, eating 2-3 days and try to collab stream only or have a possible meh stream while in Japan. JP members can just hop on a train, be at the studio, do what they need to do, and be home before the end of the day where they can stream at night if they feel like it.
It still doesn't excuse some of those numbers from the lower registers like Mumei, Gura, Ina, and Kronii. Ame is teetering on that line too.
