I'll play devil's advocate and say that compared to other companies they're not doing that poorly. At the very least Gen 1 seems to hold slugma in high regard and Tsunquest debuts were still toptier compared to recent companies.

There's a lot going on in the industry right now, but Tsunderia consistently puts out a higher quality production than the competition. It takes a lot longer for them to do (some could say that's unreasonable), although the wait is always worth it, and they have massive credibility and goodwill with the community at large.
All that being said, it's really unclear what their priorities are and what direction they're trying to go. Marketing and exposure is a huge problem for them. It should be a crime to have Purin and Char for a year and not have an MV for them yet. Char has pretty good pipes and Purin has Miori-tier vocal talent, but unless you're one of the 100 people who catch her unarchived Twitch streams, you'd never know it

Prism is by looks alone a better company however I do think since Tsunderia started startups have it easier. New startups have been pulling higher and higher starter numbers compared to even a few months ago.
