Ame's problem right now isn't motivation, since it's clear as day that she wants to stream. Her issue is time management. If it takes her entire days to record one song, it also doesn't help if she also Potatoes up with Story of Seasons for 12 hours straight. This issue is not something that fans can help with, and is really what her manager should be helping with, which should be less about nagging to her about deadlines, and more about finding a good pace for Ame to output content, stopping her from taking on too many projects that she can't keep up with, and giving her the leeway to maintain a decent output of streams.

Even in mid 2021 I was already complaining about consistency, but back then it was Ame cancelling one of the 7 or 8 streams on the schedule that week because tummy hurts, and her letting us know via a members post a bit before.
