Saw this and since I'm unmedicated I searched for the meaning of their body language.
This is what I found which is pretty telling to say the least

This is definitely true. When Suisei goes out with other holomems she's forgetful and doesn't remember what happened. But even after a month passes she still remembers *exactly* what Miko said for the onomatopoeia thing
You can tell how fond she is of Miko just through the amount of time they spend together talking on discord, or when Suisei invited Miko to do a watchalong for ReGLOSS. Suisei doesn't usually take the initiative for collabs but she's always planning stuff to do wtih Miko
When Suisei is talking with Miko, you can often hear in her voice how much fun she's having. She loves to get reactions out of Miko and a lot of Miko's reactions surprise and delight her
She also sounds very motherly with Miko. Such as in the video when she says "35P sure have it hard" or when she talks about cleaning up after Miko or lightly complaining about Miko's antics. She's grumbling, but in a really tender way, like "look what I have to put up with", yet implying "but I wouldn't have it any other way"
She loves to tease Miko, but she would do anything for Miko, see: Miko messaging Suisei that she was feeling lonely. Suisei dropped everything to call her. I have no doubt that if Miko called Suisei at 3am saying the same thing, Suisei would come to her house right away, without hesitation

Also I'm sure they probably met with people for the event but it was mostly a vacation. If they actually have to do it live and go back they probably thought it was a good idea to do a trial trip first to make sure the girls would be ok with the longer flight and time change and foods.
