I'm still able to load the extension, but the ui is broken as fuck for some reason and I can't wrap my brain around how it wants me to use it. I looked at some available latent coupling alternatives and it's the same unfriendly ui story. Oh the story wont be hard to understand without playing their games in order but they do the Nier thing where the true ending of the first game leads to the events of the second game, the true ending of the second game leads to the events of the third game (the gacha game sadly.. i dont get why they went that route for the third one) and so on.
You will have some issues with enemies and understanding character lore without playing the first one sadly though! Highly recommend playing it first, even though its the harder of the two games.

Sounds about right. I didn't find it to be the hardest thing thing ever some other people did, but I also play a lot of card games. A lot of the "hard" stuff is more of a puzzle which can become much easier with a different mindset/approach. So I enjoyed it from start to finish, probably like a 9/10 game in my eyes.
One of the things I really liked is that the boss battles were fucking awesome. I feel like in a lot of card games like Slay the Spire and Monster Train the bosses aren't that interesting, but the Library of Ruina bosses absolutely fuck.

A brighter vae will amplify certain colors so a tiny red spot on an output will be amplified into an entire other asshole during hi-res fix if the vae is bright/saturated enough. Well, Idk about your tastes But one that I really like is Kuroneko animemix v10.1 cartoon style, another that I think is really interesting is also Mistoon Anime Artstyle which makes your Vtuber looks like those 80s to 90s anime characters

v-prediction is an alternate way to predict the noise during the denoise process. v-pred is used in SD 2.1, but the technique can be used with 1.5 and XL as long as the model is trained with it. The ztSNR paper recommends v-pred for optimal usage of ztSNR.

Since you've just begun, it might make a lot of sense to switch over to Automatic1111 which is generally the most powerful and versatile SD package (maybe not the fastest).
Based on EasyDiffusion's github page there is not easy way to do hires.fix. You need to manually input your image from the first generation step into "image to image" and sample for a few more steps at lower denoise strength

I've scripted a lot of imagemagick and exiftool shit for PNG iTxT and even re-embedding it as EXIF after conversion to JPEG...but I used PowerShell so I doubt it'll be of any use to. Should be easy to batch it up with a .sh script though, probably even easier than doing it with PS, less provision for "Windows totally supports Unicode but not really lol fuck you" bullshit...

Wouldn't just dual-booting Ubuntu or Arch be easier?
