Portal 2 with Mumei into Mumei's drawing Advent stream last night are my next top 2 recommendations from this last week. They have great chemistry together and can talk for hours.
Raft is another great pick, it's similar to the 2 Moom streams in that she has great chemistry with Kaela and they're both happy to have an endurance collab partner. And we got some good Biboo firsts. But the 12 hours is a daunting task.
Elden Wing was mostly setup for endgame but it had some good moments and is short enough that you can crank through it.
Starfield was actually better than expected, aside from a slow start she ended up gremlining in a way that you wouldn't see on a "typical" Starfield stream.

Mario Kart, Splatoon, MonHun with Ina, and Nerissa's Terraria open VC are the safest ones to skip IMO. Oh and I suppose the scuffed Advent in Minecraft stream.

Finally beat Ayre ... god damn thats a fun fight, real sad ending though. Excited to see how Biboo's build handles it now. It has issues though. It's a fight 1000% predicated on using the stagger system, you just don't deal any damage in phase 2 without it. It bodes well if she can land the lance, but it's also annoying. With how short the windows are to get hits in, it feels like you're forced into using high burst stagger weapons (Handguns/Zimmz/maybe Lance). High rof weapons feel totally useless cause the boss clears ACS strain extremely quickly, and energy weapons feel even worse because of lack of stagger.

But that means its time for NG++ and true ending :D

My workflow is some retarded "path of least resistance" bullshit so bear with me, but I literally record the clip with OBS (it's usually while the stream is still live, I don't download entire streams either way), that spits out an mp4, and then I shove that into a website that turns it into an mp3. I then upload the mp3 to catbox, my original mp4 to streamable, convert the mp4 to a <4MB webm with WebMConverter, make the soundpost and then upload /here/.
I never see the raw audio, I don't fuck with ffmpeg or know what the arguments do, but if you have a method for just splitting the mp4 into m4a/aac either at the OBS stage or with a convenient app I'm willing to do it.

I do pretty much the same thing while also using a site to crop the video and one to remove the audio. It’s a lot of steps but it lets me get it done in like 5 minutes.

I like to upload the whole mp4 to catbox so anons can download the whole clip without resorting to advanced wizardry to merge the catbox mp3 and the webm file.

That way sounds overly complicated to me, while ffmpeg would be an easy and simple way - with a little bash scripting to take care of some of the annoying parts. Longest part here is getting the timestamps and cropping and the later usually doesn't change a lot between streams.
I wouldn't mind to try and go through the steps with explanations, at least for the ffmpeg parts if there is any interest but it's mostly black magic wizzardry on console.
The difference can be well worth it but for most the threshold seems to be at it it spits out something that is looking like a video and sound is playing.

Seems ok if it's a super short clip but having people download 15-30MB just to have audio play is too much. That's why I include a streamable link instead, otherwise I would crunch it down to a sound webm or mp4 with a reasonable filesize to use for sound.

Don't know enough about AC PvP (assuming it's like the 1v1 robot duels in-game), but I've always generally been wary of "streamer vs chat" 1v1 PvP scenarios
Like the Smash Bros streams that devolve into people who play the game seriously dropping in to dunk on the streamer is funny for all of a few minutes and then just gets silly or attention whore-y
