I am writing something about space takos and ybc yeah. I had the idea to make this takodachi faction inspired by Hastur since I remembered reading somewhere that there were a few connections. (Also this way someone else can write about a more Cthulu-inspired faction and use the wealth of Ina lore related to that).

Yeah, those guys will need more research and help for me, I'm pretty familiar with /wah/ and Ina, but not as much with nplb. I think they'd be a bit federationalist, what with being an alliance of a bunch of different fanbases, but I'd welcome other insights.
