"night sky", "moon", etc. will work for outdoors, but if you want it like actually dark inside, good luck, it's a known weakness. "candles" and "candlelight" might work, but it's hit or miss. Some style loras might be better at making dark stuff but that's gonna be a side effect.

There is the colour filter trick
img2img, have the img be a solid dark colour, like dark blue
In the prompt window prompt what you want
Set it to a low res, and generate with denoise 0.5-1, the lower the more it will take the colour
Take the low res img generated and upscale it in img2img same prompt, 05 denoise

For this I used the cunnilingus lora and gen'ed with 2 generic girls with wolf ears. Gen'ed a bunch, picked one that looked decent.
Go to http://badnoise.net/latentcoupleregionmapper/ and set that image to the background and draw the regions on the girls' faces and plug the dimensions and positions in latent coupling.
Set that same image in control net, line art anime
Do your prompts for latent coupling for your 2 girls and generate and hope you get something good.

Though I'm hardly an expert, I'm only now moving on to photoshopping and playing with all the tools we have had since the beginning.

It's pretty great for horror settings, but you can experiment with different colours as it might change the colours of objects in the image. And you can do gradients to play around with the technique.

Glad you're enjoying the set! Yeah, I was amused by how that image was in mostly black and white except for the feet, I can't not have it shown here, because that's an interesting effect, even if unintentional. Also, I could do nothing about that blue butterfly-looking thing being stuck on another image, because it's the only iteration of that pic with good feet and other attempts didn't have that blue thing.

One more thing, here's a bonus Fauna and no, I've tried generating her single stirrup legging but nothing good came of it, and I still can't figure out what would work

It's not built in, you need a custom node like you have extentions for A1111
The trick will lower the image brighness a bit if the limit is very low (picrel), but it won't match the black of doing img2img from pure black. You can bias the colours with this trick too, but it won't be absolute like doing img2img from pure colour.
Also, yes, the issue stems from how the models were trained

Half year? Yeah modern models are better at anatomy than half a year ago. They also tend to be worse at expressions though in my experience.
The tech is now split between refining 1.5 further or wasting time on SDXL so everything has slowed down.
What we need is a new model made with much better tagging, Danbooru's tags are the main limiting factor.
And we also need some improvements like the ability to use prompts with spaces in them.

I love a lot about it, backgrounds are great, bodies are great, LoRa compatibility is fantastic, hands are often acceptable.
It feels very stiff though, sometimes it just refuses to do certain prompts, stuff like certain articles of clothing but mostly expressions.
LoRa choice seems to have a significant effect too though now that I'm playing with it a bit, on this one "smug" works fine. Maybe I should try some gens with no style LoRas and see if that's actually a cause.
Do you have any recommendations for expression LoRas? I have the Crazy Expressions and Yandere ones and those work fairly well.

Starfield's okay. I'd recommend getting the mod for less spongy enemies. Higher difficulties just increase damage you take and enemy health, even on normal it gets bad.
The first few fights seem fine, but it's a level based multiplier so it just gets worse and worse. Common grunt enemies taking 3/4 full mags to the head from an assault rifle at point blank bad.

I'm going to make a note and try out those LoRas tomorrow. Some of those are probably a bit too cartoony but the embarassed one for example might be good, that's something my model has definitely gotten weaker at compared to older ones.

The hand isn't bad, the basic anatomy is good. It just needs a bit of refining, especially since it's in the center of the image and in one of the two "interest" areas of the picture (the upskirt/thighs is one, the face/chest/middle finger is the other).
If it wasn't the center of attention it'd be more than good enough.
I'll see if I can show you what I'd do quickly, as it's getting late here.

The Reine LoRa I just threw in for a few final inpaints trying to get the eyes right, other than the white pupils HLL can do her well enough unassisted.
The sliders I like to get more stable control over sizes compared to just making "plump" stronger.

I also edited the far horn because I really like this output, other than the minor issues it's super clean.
I still think it looks wrong, but the angle is hard to get on a picture like this.
Where does the horn attack to her head? What angle is it at? How much of it is visible considering the angle?
Things I could figure out if I sat there and did art stuff, but the whole point of AI is to not do that so I eyeballed it.
But then since I was at it I also raised the resolution a bit.

It's not a bad game if your expectations aren't too high, but I think the AI is bugged. It just stops reacting fairly often, hopefully that's a simple fix for Bethesda.
Stakes are definitely lower than something like AC, which I put on hold for a bit. You roam the galaxy, look at cool things and blast people in the face with a 400+ year old shotgun.
Introduction is a bit slow and I'm really missing the dismemberment. We're going to have to wait for significant stuff though, mod tools aren't out yet, should be a month or two before they are IF Bethesda is quick about it.

It's not actually a real upscale, it's just a 1.5 size rescale with DPM++ 2M SDE Karras.
I closed SD but I think it was denoise 0.25 or 0.3, more than that and you start getting artifacting.
For upscales beyond that I like Ultimate SD upscale, also denoise 0.25 or 0.3, with 768px tiles and chess tile order.
With Ultimate you can try keeping the prompt, but you might have better results trimming the prompt to just quality tags, style loras, maybe some very vague prompts like "1girl" or "outdoors" if they apply.

I used to struggle with regional prompter without controlnet, but I changed a bit of how I was using it to make it a bit easier. Here's a catbox of one of the non-inpainted outputs if you want to peak at my settings.

The three things I would say to make sure you're doing are:

Pretty much the same as you would do for any other output.
You can also run adetailer/controlnet as well.
It's the same as upscaling any other output. It's just the process is you make batches of several outputs (for my machine 2 batches of 4 works best), you look through the batches and find any that look good. Then use pnginfo to send them to txt2img for upscaling!

I don't watch these tubers and most of the time when people add example images, they show off the base outfit they use and then give them random outfits to wear to show off what you can do with the character. If you're only getting it for AI I'd recommend a 3060 12GB over a 3060ti, vram is king. I have a 3060 12GB and have made several tens of loras, images over x2048 in resolution, and also dabble in voice stuff and text stuff. It's slow with text but everything else works great.

Yeah, most people only really do the base outfit when they want to gen them normally or give them an outfit they like, so I don't really bother with adding example prompts to all of them. some of them do because i just felt like testing out them during the time (no actual reason on who gets this treatment since its random and mood based)
but I'd feel like a dick for not even letting people know that those are an option kek
