If you care about the internal workings of Holo maybe it would strike at least some concern wondering if Ayame in fact gives few shits about this gig and does it for easy money. As far as I can glean however the average redditor/twitter shitter is ultra-casual and does not care remotely enough, they very likely are like "I watched a dozen clips and fell down le rabbit hole XD" and just go "I just like her voice/design so that's good enough." They won't really pore over the content quality or frequency because it's not like they actually watch the streams in the first place.

IMO it's not like she hates it or anything, just is very lazy/noncommitted enough, that if she can get away without streaming for month+ chunks over and over again and still get that sweet membership money bankroll, she will. If she wanted to buy a new couch or something she'll do a couple more streams than once every week or two for a bit. I wouldn't personally throw a bunch of love and attention at someone who more plausibly than perhaps any other Holo sees this all as a complete trifle and her fans as convenient piggybanks.

Uhh let me preface it first by saying that I agree Mio and Marine been trying to support her in this current hardship she's been wading through lately, either to help her being comfortable playing Minecraft again or just by giving some moral support.

However the part I have a problem with what you've been saying is basically:

I don't know about them wanting a bit of whatever, but I'm genuinely on the opinion of nobody, even Aqua herself, in that Akukin Construction think that it's a real thing, or it's a way for other members other than Mio and Marine to show any loyalty/care for her.

This is what most viewers herald as the spark that ignited the rivalry between Akukin and Usaken. But if you comb through the archives, Aqua inviting Moona to join her 'company' was actually just a spur of the moment event. Aqua and Marine were working on the ship, then Moona appeared offering help, and since there's no reason to reject it and the two of them been roleplaying a construction company at that moment might as well invite her for more entertainment value. That's literally there is to it.
Then some days after that Moona, having free time similar to previous time, helped Pekora and decided to also do it on long term since she's taken a liking to her, hence the switching company thing.
Aqua even put the motto of her company as 'Free to come, free to go'. The rivalry between the 2 companies is great for more storyline, but clearly Aqua herself isn't as invested in this 'rivalry', she just want friends to make some shit together. Aqua still visited and used a lot of Usaken 'properties', and Pekora wasn't even showing any animosity towards it. Like, let's face it, the 2 girls are probably the least invested in this 'rivalry' thing. Viewers, like you, are the one overblowing it out of proportion by scrutinizing every actions member of each company made.
