Gimmick: 20/10, one of a kind, unbeatable in comparison to single vtubers, and even if twin vtubers become a new thing, Fuwamoco would easily remain at the top 10%
Voice: 10/10, EN vtubers don't get better than this. You can understand them because they speak English, but also naturally mixed in Japanese for the weeb appeal.
Passion: 11/10, can't find more passionate vtubers than them, though future is always uncertain.
Competency: 12/10, extremely good at giving fans what they want, manuever around every pitfall, crucial lines are delivered with nuance. Excellent kayfabe without feeling fake. Many people would call them perfect, though I see little roughs on the edges like any human being. Not any major flaws.

Fuwamoco is the endgame and I hope to stay with them through the end of time.

Games are really difficult thing to "perfect" because vtubers have different gaming skills (better is not necessarily better experience) and audiences have different tastes.
For me the most engaging games were Spooky's (very fun and fitting for them), Ocarina of Time (great nostalgia, re-experiencing the game and chill atmosphere). The other games are varied as overall stream experience with Fuwamoco, but a lot of them felt a unengaging/boring as games.
