From everything I've observed over the years, Holo managers are essentially assistants. If you're not asking them to do something then their other main job is to basically make sure that you don't break any rules or step over legal landmines. Jenma and J-Chad are good because the people who they manage are very proactive and are constantly asking for assistance with things and projects to work on. If you're like Ame, who's very laid back, doesn't really like the idea of bugging people for things and likes to do things themselves, then the Holo manager probably isn't utilized as much as it could (like Kiara and Mori would theirs).

That's just my observation anyway. I imagine Ame is one of the easier talents to manage.
