You can save your VODs pretty easily using the highlight feature. The downside is that they're not forwarded to anybody using any sort of algorithm, unlike the real VODs on twitch or YT vids.
Becoming a twitch affiliate is easier than becoming a YT partner.
Clips are more easily viewed and made, and when people look for a specific game there's a bigger chance they'll find you streaming it. Happened with some of my viewers more than once.
I do agree with everything else you mentioned though, especially:

Your "techniques" are literal sources of depression for a lot of people. Looking at yourself in the mirror is one of the fastest way to make a depressed person feel worse because they see themselves as ugly and disgusting. Sure you can try smiling, but whoops! Depression affected your dental hygiene and maybe your irresponsible parents never taught you proper brushing habits. Using Apathy as a way to cope is often times worse than feeling bad about something because you become distant to all emotions and you end up silently rotting away. Honestly joining niji is still seen as a very desirable thing for the average vtuber. Most vtubers don't keep up with vtuber news that well and most will only remember niji from well before this kind of thing got more common or well known.
