It was a job she had for, in all reality, a fairly short amount of time. She's had an entire life and hololive was only a very small part of it. She probably doesn't regret it, she knew drawing would give her health problems but its manageable with stretches and equipment, but putting streaming on top of drawing would be a mess for her body. She chose to leave hololive because she was drawing for much longer as well as it giving her enough money to hopefully be comfortable. At least she left in good terms since she has Alumni status so cover might be open if she ever comes crawling back for some reason

Honestly with all the random recording stuff and whatnot a number of them have to do behind the scenes I think there's a fair chance that a number of the applicants were not aware of the amount of offscreen work involved, or circumstances changed. For Sanners who also did a ton of commissions for gachas and other shit, when she joined it didn't seem like the EN crew had that much random busywork, but in the past few years it seems to have ramped up. So, someone like Ina who would've given her a rough estimate or whatnot of what all she had to do/the non-stream commitments, may have given her an outdated estimation due to things changing. Who knows?
