Success, but it's going to be extremely uphill. There's few good western vtubers or even streamers that combine cute and fps autism. The genre is in a notable slump with the massive decline of Apex and Warzone and to an extent OW though that happened much earlier, with Valorant doing okay but unable to convert those viewers. Unlike when VSPO was able to make kino content just from fucking around in Apex while Apex was starting to blow up in Japan, there isn't really such a game on the rise right now.
Best case they get a few girls who enjoy but aren't quite high level at FPS, and they sit at mid-low viewership until the rest of the company starts getting translated clips, which could kickstart more attention. Worst case they get unfun tryhards who clout chase western failed pros, don't integrate with vtubing or with the Japanese brand, and the branch is ignored and languishes in obscurity forever.
