Kronii honestly. Don't get me wrong, Ina is very boring, but Kronii has long moments in solo streams where she just doesn't say anything at all while nothing happens on-screen. It's uncanny.
That being said, it's possible to find Kronii's awfulness entertaining at times, sorta like watching a trainwreck in slow-motion. But you eventually get bored of that too.
Also, Kronii can have some funny one-liners in collabs. But in solo streams she's a dead fish.

You cant think of Ina without the Takos since they are a strong part of her whole identity contrary to most who most who you dont even know if they even have a mascot or fanbase name or if that even matters. Coomer pandering works but there are hundreds of lewd vtubers in the EN market. More likely she would have reached 2 million subscribers and sold even more merch. There were times that Ina got angry with fans that called her their oshi and in retrospect she probably didn't want people to like sexy Ina.
