OoT is pretty fantastic. It has the best atmosphere of all the zelda games imo. It's pretty much what every single 3D zelda is based off of.
Much like ALttP, I think it can be pretty overrated since both those games sort of became the benchmark for 3d and 2d, respectively. Minish Cap is the most underrated zelda game of all time.

If you can get a friend to play it with you, you should give OoT Online a try. Being able to play through the game with another Link running around alongside you is a lot of fun. Racing each other through the dungeons, trying to see who can glitch past a barrier first, and just messing around in the game is a ton of fun.
Also you can set it so that you both share items so like if one person picks up a key it goes to both player's inventory, and if one uses it it goes away from both. This is a lot of fun with a randomizer since you can split your work with one person going to check in one area and another in a different area, and turn it into a team effort.
