Patra's guitar streams are probably the most popular in this area, but that's because she's also extremely popular due to ASMR and such. Kanade Kanon who plays the bass is the only other one I can think of that can be called "popular" by any standard. Mononobe Alice used to do acoustic guitar streams but she hasn't done one since around 4 months ago and she isn't particularly popular either (though I do miss them).

There's just no audience for it to justify an EU branch. They are obsessed with football. Weebs are a minority and even among them, most just watch the big shonen titles
