Not my favorite art style, but still very well done. Why does Hololive have so many extremely talented fan animators? To answer my own question, I guess it's a combination of Hololive being very popular, and having a derivative works policy that lets fan animators make money off advertisements and things like channel memberships and Patreon.

I hate the low framerate animation so much, it's painful to watch. Animation wasn't meant to have so little frames, it ruins the illusion of movement that is the whole point. The argument that its trying to look like stop motion makes no sense either, since stop motion has actual in-between frames, not just keys.
