This isn't Nijisanji. Cover doesn't do stealth suspensions.
If it was a purely internal fight between two people, they would have absolutely ZERO problems with publicizing it, as they have already done in Vesper's case.

My improvement is that this was something Cover can't exactly be public about. Not a simple fight, but something possibly worse, and something that could actually affect company reputation if news of it isn't handled carefully e.g. discord sekuhara of the girls, because a lot of them have praised how management has improved recently, Gura is able to stream regularly now, and a lot of the girls seem much happier in general.
They can't afford to make shit like that public without 100% irrefutable proof and prepping all their legal shit beforehand.

OP back and I really can't say much to other anons because I don't want to stir more shit and bring more heat on Vesper nor myself, but I am on Discord with him now and reading the replies to him. He did laugh when I read your post and said (from memory so might be some paraphrasing)

And like, I've been treated like shit so many times and that's why I don't make friends easily. Like all my friends are from hobbies and I'm pretty solitary otherwise. But I really thought he was my friend and it stung like a bitch. So I got mad at him, and yeah I did threaten him. That's when the staff got involved. I said I was gonna stab him."
He laughed for probably a full minute after saying that but emphasized that he didn't mean it and wouldn't actually stab anyone, which I believe. I guess he's kind of a weird guy and definitely hardheaded but not violent. He channels his negative energy into outside exercise, bikes when he's pissed and hikes when he's sad.
