Pick a model you like, go into the stream, get filtered by male voice on female avatar. Repeat until you find a voice you like and then hope they have tolerable content.

Unironically take suggestions from /vt/. Ask in the /lig/ and indie threads for what you're looking for. Maybe even ask her and we can point you to some smaller streamers you'd like.
I unironically think VRoid streamers would be better off commissioning a PNG until they get a proper model, 2D or 3D.

Have you actually exhausted the corpos to find one you might like? This isn't a joke question, these companies are literally designed so that you will have at least someone who appeals to your interests. Find clips, do your homework, don't just expect the perfect chuuba to fall into your lap. Plus you can have lots of fun just getting a sense of how the corpo operates and interacts with one another. There's Holo, Niji, Phase, Kawaii and Idol all to choose from, and you probably already know about Vshojo+ given you posted a Twitch screenshot.

My advice? Coast around the space. Watch FalseEyeD now and again. See who is talking to who on Twitter. It's an entire ecosystem and the more you search the bigger it becomes.

I'm from the time when vroid was in the majority, and there CAN be good ones that get made. But the vast majority are shit. I guess they just don't want static PNGs.

I seem to be in an odd minority: I find almost all gameplay videos to be boring. For me its all zatsu, preferably with some cultural exchange going on.
My current favorite is Skye Shinryu. She plays games, but I skip those. If you want a place to start, check her milk review. Yes, she reviewed milk and dairy products. It was way more kino than it had any right to be.

They searched by least popular, but least popular tends to bring you people or games that are boring to watch. If you know what you want to watch then it's not hard to find. There are the occasional mistagged streams or people not in the right category, but it works the vast majority of the game. Doesn't mean there'll be anyone you're interested in streaming what you want to watch, but you can at least check with only a few clicks.
