nijijp had the early adopter buff. they helped set trends and their name was worth something. they had the pick of the litter in terms of talent and could run wild. They don't know how to build up a brand as an underdog.
Nijien is suffering the same fate as nijikr and nijiid even though their market circumstances are not the same as jp. Management refuses to see themselves as underdogs even if they walked into a market already dominated by holos and starting to get saturated by high tier indies.
Niji doesn't see the need in time and investment in foreign branches that don't immediately profit and will cut them off the same way they do jp talents.
