The only reason that some of Advent haven't been open to male collabs is that they are on a debut high and are scared of people hating them. Once they gain confidence they will collab with them.
They think that
1. Mentioning the holostars will hurt their pocketbooks. They're desperate fort money since it's unlikely they have been pulling Hololive money before today.
2. Mentioning the holostars will hurt their growth despite many people who collab frtom males growing just fine.
3. That the fans will hate them. Most fans are fine with it.
