If anything we need to have MORE standards for appearance in the west. If women are wearing heels, men should be expected to wear suits or some shit. Although I've heard that nip women prefer the look of suits on western guys rather than Japanese men, so I'm not sure if that would fly there, but nonetheless physical standards for appearance and attitude are good qualities for a society.
