I'm not a fan of Luca but there's a fair amount of differences between the two
In the original Lucas hand is on the glass, their heads are in a different position, the hair is different, there's more stuff on the table, the platter, a napkin, a plate, extra drinks.

The pictures are definitely similar and I wouldn't be surprised if the artist he commissioned referenced or possibly even traced it (?) but there's a fair amount of differences between the two.
