In the past I was skeptical about Stars’ potential. Later I saw Astel and Roberu. Then I saw Regis, Magni, Vesper, Astel, Bettel. I realized several things.

1) A decent Star could get up to 2k ccv
2) The easiest way to create a decent Star is make him a social butterfly (Astel and Roberu)
3a) Stars don’t get any benefits from collabing with Holos. They can collab a million times and ccv won’t go up
3b) Similarly, promoting Stars to Holo fanbase doesn’t work too (refer to holofes)
4a) It’s surprisingly easy to create EN Stars with more than 1k ccv
4b) However it’s very hard to find candidates with professionalism (Regis, Magni, Astel, Vesper have all sabotaged themselves)
5) It seems like a decent Star can actually steal fans from Nijis (Bettel)

So I think Stars especially Tempus is a missed opportunity. A greatly misused and mishandled tool.
