I generally like the holotalk formula. As long as the person speaks both languages, hypothetically anyone (including a Gen 2 EN holo) would be fine. Coco would make it work but she'll also always be the reddit dragon that gets bullied by Zhangs. Besides, I want her to continue her news segment as well.
