It's interesting to analyse the design philosophy of each gen.

No connecting theme in the designs, where it seems like they went out of their way to be different from each other with their color schemes. Kiara with mostly orange, Gura with mostly blue, Amelia with mostly yellow. The closest you get is Mori and Ina both having a lot of black, though their secondary colors still leave them quite distinct.
