I wouldn't say it's horrible, it's not even noticeable to me unless I'm on the third gain stage on my amplifier and at that point I'm pretty much able to hear every minute detail. It doesn't sound as clear as other KU100 recordings I've heard. I honestly don't know if she even notices or has noticed this, so hopefully at some point she does and fixes it. Definitely a fair complaint.

And I don't know why people would assume that given her PL did mostly the same as what she does now: mostly talking into the microphone with a script. She is building up her ASMR toolbox though and has added a lot of different sounds into her ASMR since then. She's done water sounds and others that have sounded pleasant to me, though I don't know if they give the tingles or not. Personally that sounds a little ridiculous but maybe it actually works for some people.
