What are some english speaking vtubers with a pleasant voice? I want to try something new as background noise while I work.

Pomu Rainpuff. She fits that pretty well. Make sure you look for lower-energy vods though, like chatting streams.

I haven’t seen much of her because she only just debuted. But Athena (Owl vtuber) has a nice soothing voice. She’s an indie who made one of the Haachama songs.

Not gonna mention HoloEN because you probably don’t wanna hear that.

I've said it before, but a Medusa vtuber would be both entirely viable and probably work really well, Yuu has a huge amount of streaming experience and speaks decent English.
