Just debut and do your best, then the rest will come naturally. Anything can be improved over time, and this is all just pre-debut hype anyway. Once things settle down, some people might leave for others because she wasn't what they expected, but the same is true for all the others, and some will end up with Shiori. It's just how things are.

Honestly, I can understand how scary it must be, if you've normally been like a 2/3view and then thrust onto the 5view stage immediately. Chat interaction is different for sure, as are expectations here in Hololive. But whatever happens, you will have plenty of time to adjust. Everyone understands that debut is stressful and any mistakes will just be regarded as cute.

Definitely, which is why I think taking the initiative and asking them for help is a great idea for the new hires.
One of the problems some of the girls have (notably not Bae) is being paralyzed because they don't want to step on any toes. On the other hand, most of them seem very receptive, and even appreciative, of being approached.
Hopefully the senpais can step up to the plate and pro-actively help the new girls, but if not, then I hope EN3 will have the courage to ask for it. Personally, I am 100% convinced that they would be more than happy to do so.
