I always like indie debuts the most. Just a nice lil community cheering on the up and comer always fun. Holo's got the genshin girl with just that bit extra flare. Niji is always wave based ascetically all over the place. Like Enna and NINA were same wave.... God I'm going to miss that design so much I hope they fold.

That's the problem, at this point. Members who are sure to be successful are generally already successful, and wouldn't really see a value in them (and 3 talents leaving for another company signals "hmm, I wonder what is wrong?").
They need talents that are successful and have a desire for what they can offer. Which... is a pretty small pool. And shrinking

That really only works on the JP side where Vshojo's basic conceptual value is a step up. There aren't too many successful indies, and the ability to own ones IP is a big benefit. But they don't have as many inroads for sponsorships and the like at this stage... at least not for monolinguals like Nazuna. So unless they display value, they won't be able to lure anyone away who Kson isn't balls deep in.
On the EN side, there aren't nearly as many successful corpo-tuber to nab. And Indies do just as well if not better at the high end. Pretty much only HoloEN is beating most of the big indies.
