The thing is, you say "abuse certain skills" but the amount of broken shit in Elden Ring is absolutely massive, a lot of it is just normal system mechanics.
There's a few particularly egregious skills sure, but any amount of building or planning quickly leads to shredding the game, at least on release and for about a year afterwards. You more or less have to do a challenge run to have some... challenge, with the exception of a couple bosses who just straight up outspeed or out-gimmick a large portion of the available builds, and might require some learning depending on what you're running (mainly Maliketh and Malenia, though also some optional bosses like Astel with their wack ass hurtbox).

Kiara never mentioned such a thing. How much or how little japanese a talent speaks has always been up to their own choice. Of course it's obvious that the main content language for Hololive English is gonna be english. There's not even a special need to "enforce" that by company policy, that's just what the girls will naturally default to, given that a) it's the language they're most comfortable in, and b) it's the main language the biggest general global audience understands, so even just by pure market dynamics they'll speak english most of the time (case in point, see how Holo"ID" also speaks on average more english than indonesian). And it's not like any of the girls are doing sooo much non-english content that there needs to be a special rule to put a stop to it.
Another way to show this is bullshit, if there really was a company push to do only english content and nothing in japanese, they'd have to forbid most EN-JP collabs since most of them are mainly in japanese, and the company wouldn't put ENs like Kiara and Bae etc on main channel programs where they speak japanese.

Busy times now that she's able to really start doing stuff in the studio. They've been waiting two years and we knew when Kiara had the option to travel to do offcollabs and 3d work at the studio, she would take it. On top of that, Cover's been working to hire people to help run the studio meaning more availability to talents, and more chances for her to start making slightly looser plans.
